Jenny has over 15 years’ experience as an Early Careers Project Manager gained predominantly within the Financial Services sector.
She has undertaken a range of recruitment projects for a global network of clients within Financial and Professional Services, Media and Legal industries.
Having gained experience at both ends of the recruitment spectrum; those beginning their career and those returning; Jenny has developed a passion for providing candidates with the soft skills, tools and support needed to navigate recruitment processes, and confidently secure their ideal role.
Her personal experience as a professional with a young family has greatly informed and developed her ability to empathise and confidently advise fellow Returners to the workplace.
In her role as Senior Careers Consultant, Jenny ensures a cohesive partnership between client and candidate is always achieved.
