Lisa began her career in management consulting, becoming a partner in Arthur Andersen specialising in leadership, communication and change management. She later became Director of Brand and Communication at Deloitte.
Following her own six year career break, Lisa founded She’s Back, an organisation which campaigns to raise awareness of the potential, skills and experience offered by women returning to work after a career break or career hiatus. She is the co-author of She’s Back: Your Guide to Returning to Work which Arianna Huffington described as a “Must have guide to get more women back into the workplace”.
Lisa, alongside Stephanie, is also a co-founder of the Reignite Academy, an organisation which partners with city law firms to enable career break lawyers to get back on track. She was recently named as one of LinkedIn Top Voices for her writing on women in the workplace and diversity in general.
