Shalini works with individuals going through change. She helps them make sense of what’s going round in their head, focus on what they want to achieve, and find the confidence and courage to do it. One of her key aims is to support everyone, at whatever stage, to have a fulfilling career, and achieve their true potential.
Shalini has been coaching for many years and is about to complete a Diploma in Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation.
Her clients say her coaching is fun, and that she brings a sense of calmness and interest in them, but also challenges them to push their thinking further. And most importantly, to be clear on how they are going to use the insight from coaching to make the change they want to make.
Her own career has been full of transitions – she has been a senior finance lawyer in the City, an in-house lawyer and a consultant, as well as Head of L&D, and a founder of her own coaching business. She has held leadership positions in the not for profit sector and is a non executive director. And finally she is a mother of two boys, which is its own special kind of job! So she really understands the twists and turns a career can take.
