Our returner programmes are designed to go the distance – with intervention starting long before the candidate arrives at interview stage. Many of our team have been returners themselves and know what is needed to succeed. With an excellent track record, we are pleased to say that over 80% of our candidates secure permanent positions after completing their programme.

Our returner services start with consultation on the design and implementation of a programme and go right through to full ownership of the entire design and delivery, (including talent acquisition). Our proven experience means that we can create a programme tailored to your specific needs and get it right, first time.
One size does not fit all, so we deliver a tailored approach both for the client and candidate.
Training ensures that returners have a positive and productive experience and our coaches work with line managers and the returner to ensure a smooth and speedy transition into the role.
Coaching options include sessions both as a group and individually, although for senior roles especially, one-to-one coaching is strongly recommended to tailor the pace and particular content to the role.
