We are working with a number of Financial Services Institutions who are open to Banking and Finance Returners with the following backgrounds:
- Compliance & Risk
- Conduct & Financial Crime
- Trading: backgrounds in Rates, Credit or FX trading
To support you in your transition back to work, Inclusivity provides each placed Returner with a personal Coach to support them during their first 3 months (for positions paying in excess of £50,000). Our mission is to ensure you feel supported and confident in returning to your career. We have the hard conversations with our clients around flexible working and seek only to work with those clients who ‘get it’. Sometimes there are business areas that can’t accommodate less than full-time, we get it. But we will always ask the question, always challenge the response if we believe it to be ill-considered, and will always highlight the talent organisations are missing out on by not accommodating flexible working.
