Professionals come to Inclusivity because…

We provide forward-thinking businesses with the tools to attract back skilled and experienced professionals.  We understand the support that returners and upgraders  need to be successful in the next stage of their careers and we work with organisations to deliver effective transition programmes to re-establish professionals within the business.

Our services reflect our research into gender gaps across the labour market.  This allows us to advise businesses as they shape their diversity policies, particularly providing guidance on how to engage professionals with a wealth of skills and experience just waiting to reignite their careers.

Our People

Our people have a wealth of experience in senior level recruitment both in the UK and overseas, and equally importantly, each has firsthand experience of taking a career break or working for a time in a non-career role.  Within our team we have a qualified career coach with a passion for supporting professionals returning to the workplace.

We Understand

We understand what it’s like to scale back, to leave the work place altogether, or to take on work for which you are overqualified simply to fit with competing priorities.   We have spent time with many well educated, experienced professionals who have struggled to return to a rewarding career and who have been disappointed by the lack of interest shown by mainstream recruiters.

Our Aim

Our aim is to provide a personalised service for women and men looking to re-establish their careers. At Inclusivity, clients can talk freely and openly with a consultant who understands their position and will work passionately with them to find the next opportunity.

We value diversity

We believe that every person has a unique talent profile and that different life patterns are something to be valued and respected.

We value imagination & creativity

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. If we want changes in our workforce dynamics then we need to imagine and then create more innovative approaches to the way we source and hire talent.

Outside the office I…… am the slowest person in my house. I live with 3 people (2 children, 1 husband) who never sit still. (Ever).

If I could have dinner with one person, dead or alive, it would be…..

Words to live by…. Hope for the best, expect the worst and take what comes.

Outside the office I…. am surrounded by happy chaos as I try to juggle navigating two toddlers, a dog and trying to find time to have a proper conversation with my husband.

If I could have dinner with one person, dead or alive, it would be…. My grandma – there was a lot going on with her from psychics to pet monkeys; she was a strong woman and an independent thinker. I’d love the chance to know her better.
