Technology Returners Programme
If you have been out of the workplace for at least 18 months and are looking to return to work to a professional, supportive and rewarding environment, then we would love to hear from you.
Starting in April 2022
At Nomura diversity is critical to our success and we harness the value and perspectives that our employees different work and family experience and backgrounds bring to our firm.
Your past experience is invaluable to us.
Which is why, in partnership with Inclusivity Partners, we are launching our second returners programme for Technology professionals. This programme follows the success of our first Returners programme where five returners joined our team, demonstrating just how much much returners have to offer.
