Stephanie Dillon
Partner
Stephanie is the Founder of Inclusivity Partners, launching the business in 2015. Stephanie is driven by creating a more even playing field in the employment labour market and is passionate about educating resourcing and HR teams on the amount of talent being missed out on.
Lisa Unwin
Partner
Lisa began her career in management consulting, becoming a partner in Arthur Andersen specialising in leadership, communication and change management. She later became Director of Brand and Communication at Deloitte.
Shalini Sequeira
Transitional Coach
Shalini works with individuals going through change. She helps them make sense of what’s going round in their head, focus on what they want to achieve, and find the confidence and courage to do it.
Janine Esbrand
Transitional Coach
Janine is a corporate lawyer who has personal experience of progressing in a demanding career while raising a family. She trained as a coach alongside practicing as a lawyer and gained her career coaching certification in 2014.
